Bellingham Technical Repair Service Targets Canadian Exporters
Bellingham, WA - International Market Access, Inc. (IMA) announces the opening of a USA Technical Repair/Return Service at its facilities in Bellingham, Washington.
The new service will cater to Canadian companies that wish to reduce costs and improve warranty and return service to their USA customers.
Says company president, Jim Pettinger, "The U.S. market is highly competitive. U.S. customers expect the same level of quality and efficient customer service from a Canadian company that they receive from domestic companies. Failure to meet or exceed these expectations may drive your customers to your U.S. competitors."
Jim Swartos, senior electronics instructor at Bellingham Technical College (BTC) wholeheartedly supports the project. "Having Electronics Technicians from BTC will mean quicker turnaround for repair, maintenance and calibration services. Companies will return the items to IMA and not have to deal with border issues and delays!"
A one-page flyer describing the service is available at www.UCanTrade.com/pubs/techrepair.pdf
